Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pelaksana & Pengawas Proyek [Civil] located in Desa Rajeg. The role involves planning and supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. The position includes coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring material usage, and maintaining progress according to project schedules. The role also requires conducting site inspections, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues, and reporting project status, quality, and risks to management. The Pelaksana & Pengawas Proyek is responsible for ensuring that each housing project meets the company's standards for quality, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, residential construction methods, and building materials.
• Experience in project execution and supervision, including scheduling, site coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and relevant construction regulations.
• Competence in quality control, safety management, and inspection of on-site work.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in handling technical and operational issues on site.
• Basic proficiency with project documentation, reporting, and use of standard office or project tools.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; prior experience in housing projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Desa Rajeg and adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
