PDE Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture R&D/Product Development, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with CAD software (CAD 2D and 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks,Rendering, SketchUp, etc.).
• Experience in product development from concept to mass production.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with CNC Machine processes is plus.
• Able to work under tight deadline.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Preference given to the Semarang area.
