PDCA Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle across business processes
• Conduct problem analysis and root cause identification
• Collect, process, and analyze data for process improvement initiatives
• Monitor improvement effectiveness and ensure sustainability of implemented actions
• Collaborate with various departments and divisions
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and improvement documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in management review, PDCA, or related improvement activities will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of PDCA, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-minded, with strong communication skills, and able to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang for PT Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing
