Responsibilities
PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives using the PDCA cycle. They work with teams to plan improvements, implement changes, monitor results, and ensure actions are effective and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support PDCA improvement projects across departments
- Facilitate planning, execution, review, and follow-up of improvement actions
- Analyze data to identify problems and root causes
- Prepare reports and track project progress and outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of PDCA cycle and continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in quality, operations, or process improvement is a plus
