Job Description

  • Manage and grow sales of PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil) products
  • Conduct regular visits, canvassing, and expand customer base (workshops, distributors, retailers)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor area performance
  • Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and field activity updates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
  • Sales experience preferred (lubricant/automotive is a plus)
  • Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (driver's license)
  • Able to communicate in English (minimum passive proficiency)
  • Familiar with Central & North Jakarta area
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and target-driven mindset
  • Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role
