What You'll Do:
- Implement and configure Payroll modules within ERPNext/Frappe based on complex business requirements.
- Develop custom Frappe apps, scripts, and server-side logic (Python) to automate payroll processing.
- Design and customize VueJS-based front-end components for better user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HR, Finance, and Payroll.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ERPNext implementations for high performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python and VueJS.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext ecosystem, specifically in Payroll and HR modules.
- Full Stack Capability: Strong grasp of both back-end logic (Frappe/Python) and front-end development.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax (PPH21), and BPSS logic is a major plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive data with precision and meet strict project deadlines.
