Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of accurate and timely monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Calculate salaries, statutory deductions (PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), allowances, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.
  • Maintain impeccable payroll records and ensure employee data changes are updated promptly.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Serve as the expert on Indonesian payroll regulations, ensuring all practices comply with the latest tax laws and labor regulations.
  • Participate in the annual salary review process by preparing accurate payroll data for analysis.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc data reporting and analysis related to labor costs, compensation trends and contribute to C&B policy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid hands-on experience in processing full-cycle payroll.
  • Expert, up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian payroll taxation (PPh 21) and BPJS regulation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Strong analytical inclination and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to explain payroll matters clearly.
  • Proactive attitude and a desire to take on more strategic projects over time.
  • Proficiency in English or in Mandarin.
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
