Payroll

Job Description:

• Prepare, review, and calculate monthly PPH21 (employee income tax) based on current payroll data.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of PPH21 tax returns using CoreTax or other government-mandated e-filing systems.
• Process monthly PPH21 tax payments in accordance with the regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain and update employee tax data and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Reconcile tax reports with payroll outputs and ensure accuracy of all tax-related figures.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary data.
• Monitor changes in PPH21 regulations and ensure the company's practices remain compliant.
• Support year-end tax reporting, including preparation of Form 1721-A1 and annual reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and income tax matters.
• Keep thorough documentation of tax filings and correspondence with tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll tax (PPH21) processing, preferably in a mid to large-sized company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, especially PPH21.
• Hands-on experience with CoreTax and/or other payroll/tax filing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tax calculation and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive/confidential information responsibly.
