Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions and other payroll-related items for all OT Group
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including the distribution of payslips and tax reporting
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related queries or issues
  • Prepare and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements
  • Update Payroll SOP and procedure

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a payroll management role, preferably in the Accounting/Finance industry
  • Thorough understanding of payroll best practices, labour laws and tax regulations
  • Proficient in the use of payroll software and ERP systems (SAP, ProInt, Oracle, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
