Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare payroll documentation and maintain accurate payroll records in the payroll system or HRIS.
  • Assist in supporting administrative tasks related to payroll processing.
  • Support the payroll team in preparing payroll-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support in responding to employee inquiries related to employees benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, Data, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes, taxation, or compensation administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn payroll systems or HRIS software.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of 36 months.
