Job Description

Qualifications :

  • A degree in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years working experience, preferable in payroll/ administration/ tax
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet software.

Job Description :

  • Processing monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Setting up new employee data on payroll system
  • Reviewing and calculating timecards/sheet
  • Calculating wages and salaries, performing mandatory and voluntary deductions, and generating bank files and pay-slips
  • Maintaining BPJS Health & BPJS Manpower accurately
  • Processing monthly tax reporting
  • Preparing accounting reports when required
  • Reporting to payroll executive/payroll manager
  • Properly and professionally handles client's confidential information and data
