Payment Partnerships & Campaign, Senior Associate

This role is responsible for developing and managing payment partnerships to deliver best-in-class solutions and collaboration in eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations.

Role and Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Manage all payments campaigns (including banks and wallets) across various channels.
• Manage payment campaign pages and communication.
• Act as PMO for mega and A+ campaigns, overseeing campaign marketing communication such as requesting banner slots and securing communication placements.

Portfolio Management

• Manage, monitor, and report on payment campaign performance.
• Handle all payments-related queries and relevant cross-departmental initiatives that may arise.

Performance Management

• Manage budget tracking and performance for all assigned initiatives.
• Evaluate performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize, improve, and introduce new functionalities to payments.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish strong relationships with Lazada's internal and external stakeholders, supporting their activities on the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management; understanding of payment operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and partner engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
