Paylater Partnership Specialist

Responsible for acquiring and managing strategic merchant and business partners to expand Paylater acceptance, drive transaction growth, and strengthen partner engagement through effective relationship management and execution of partnership initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Acquire and onboard new high-frequency merchants, particularly in F&B, Retail, and other key consumer segments, to expand Paylater acceptance.

2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to increase Paylater transaction volume and customer usage.

3. Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, including key eCommerce and ecosystem players..

4. Develop joint business plans and promotional initiatives with partners to drive customer acquisition and transaction growth.

5. Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, utilization, and commercial outcomes.

6. Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to support partnership implementation and execution.

7. Prepare partnership performance reports and business reviews for management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of working experience including 4+ years experience in project work or business development
• Knowledge of product management & online marketing
• Knowledge and experience in business research & analysis, team work
• Knowledge and experience in process design and implementation incl cooperation with IT
• Resources and relationships in e-commerce & online business.
• Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage
• Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage
• Advanced PC skills – (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is must, MS Project, Visio is an advantage
• Excellent English skills (oral, reading and writing) are must
