Job Description

Responsibilities

Make design drawings into shell pattern and all parts.
Need to be familiar with the procedures (responsible for at least 80 article per season).
Check file and contact the units .
Modify the pattern for the problem.
Provide files to several dept. such as sample room, BSOM, Costing, Planning and Production computer stitch.
Grading full size

Requirements

At least 3 years working experience as a pattern engineer
Proficient in English is preferred
Proficient in software applications such as Crispin and Jevero, as well as other design applications (Coreldraw, Adobe)
High work efficiency, strong sense of responsibility and careful
Pattern logic (making shell pattern & each parts)
Grading skill (making full size )
Understand each process and principle for shoe making
