Role Description
- Develop basic patterns and modify existing ones based on new design references
- Conduct fitting sessions with the R&D team and adjust patterns based on feedback
- Collaborate with the sample room team to ensure patterns produce samples that meet design and quality standards
- Identify and resolve pattern issues that arise during the sample development process
- Maintain and document patterns in an organized manner for production needs
Qualifications
- A diploma (D4) in Garment Production or Fashion Design, D3/S1 in Fashion Design, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in manual pattern making, including basic pattern construction, modification, and simple grading
- Understanding of fitting techniques and sizing standards
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sample, Merchandising)
- Open to feedback and adaptable to iterative revisions
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung
