We are looking for an experienced Pattern Engineer to manage and execute footwear pattern development, modification, and grading to support production readiness and mass production stability. This role is production-critical, requiring strong understanding of pattern accuracy, grading consistency, and manufacturing feedback integration.

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Footwear Pattern Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience in pattern development, modification, and grading for footwear production.
- Proven experience working in production preparation / production readiness / sample-to-production transition.
- Advanced proficiency in Procam.
- Strong understanding of grading rules, size scaling, and last-based pattern development.
- Experience working closely with production or manufacturing engineering teams.
- Ability to interpret production feedback and implement pattern corrections accurately.
- Willing to work full-time on-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and maintain footwear patterns based on development and production requirements.
- Perform accurate grading across multiple sizes according to established grading rules.
- Ensure pattern accuracy and consistency from sample stage to mass production.
- Apply production and trial feedback into pattern improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Production, and Development teams.
- Support smooth transition from development stage to mass production.
- Ensure pattern compliance with quality and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain documentation of pattern changes.
