About the Role
We are looking for a Patient Experience Intern to support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and overall service quality.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about customer service, healthcare operations, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patient satisfaction survey distribution and data collection
- Assist in analyzing patient feedback and preparing reports
- Help monitor service quality indicators and improvement initiatives
- Support complaint handling documentation and follow-up tracking
- Assist in patient journey mapping and service improvement projects
- Coordinate with internal departments to support patient experience programs
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Hospitality, Public Health, Psychology, Management, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Willing to interact directly with patients when required
- Passionate about improving service quality
