Job Description:

• Deliver excellent service and ensure the satisfaction of each customer
• Provide information to patients regarding clinic services and protocols
• Assist with administrative processes and insurance handling
• Coordinate with the medical team regarding appointment scheduling
• Address patient feedback and follow up on payments

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma
• Prior experience in a service-oriented role
• Accustomed to handling administrative tasks
• Familiar with system software (computer literate)
• Willing to work 6 days a week on a shift system
