Job Description

Pangansari Group is an integrated food manufacturing, distribution, and catering company operating in Indonesia since 1975 is seeking professionals to fill the following vacant positions in PSU Freeport Indonesia Project Timika, Papua.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
  • Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff

Qualifications

  • Have 3 years experience as PastryChef in a 4 5 star hotel or equivalent.
  • Diploma III Graduates majoring in Food & Beverage.
  • Possesses training certification in Food & Beverage Production .
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / Food Handler Certification preferred).
  • Has good supervisory skill to lead the location in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Has strong cognitive thinking to be able to solve problems and recommend possible solutions.
  • Good interpersonal skills is essential in order to communicate with fellow employees, resident and clients.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
