Job Description


  • Min. 2 years of experience as CDP/Pastry Chef
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Able to develop new recipes, menus, and to keep up with the latest trends
  • Able to make costing new product
  • Placement: Krakakoa Caf & Chocolate Factory (Jl. Mertanadi No.70, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung)

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pastry, bread, savory pastries, finger foods, and etc, following Krakakoa's standard recipes and menu
  • Able to provide/calculate costing of new product
  • Create new and exciting pastries to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and etc, to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
  • Monitor stocks for baking and cooking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
  • Guide and motivate commis pastry/cook helper to work more efficiently
  • Work with cafe manager to identify staffing needs and help train personnel
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
