Job Description

As our Partnerships Specialist, you will take full ownership of managing and expanding our retail presence across both online and offline local channels. Your primary mission is to build strong, sustainable relationships with retail partners, negotiate key commercial terms, optimize sell-in and sell-out performance, and ensure flawless end-to-end operational execution from initial product listing to final shelf display.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management & Business Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing local retail partners (online and offline) and actively prospect new retailer opportunities to expand brand distribution and market visibility.
  • Listing & Launch Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product listing and new store opening processes, including product submissions, document compliance, tester units, display setups, and launch support.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms with partners, including trade margins, listing fees, rebates, promotional funds, marketing support, payment terms, and return policies.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring strict accuracy across SKUs, quantities, pricing, MOQs, and delivery schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, finance, marketing, sales, and visual merchandising teams to ensure timely order delivery and consistent brand representation.
  • Sales & Stock Analytics: Track and analyze sales and inventory reports—including sell-in, sell-out, stock balance, return rates, and performance per SKU or store location—to drive business growth.
  • Financial Settlement & Invoicing: Prepare and verify invoices, sales settlements, commissions, deductions, rebates, and net payable calculations.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure partner compliance with agreed retail pricing, promotional campaigns, tester displays, and branding guidelines across all locations.
  • Operations & Issue Resolution: Resolve operational issues promptly, including inbound stock discrepancies, damaged or missing items, returns, near-expiry inventory, shipping delays, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Document & Contract Management: Maintain complete, systematic archives of all partnership contracts, trading terms, POs, invoices, delivery notes (surat jalan), and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Retail Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Business Development within local retail (both online and offline channels).
  • Demonstrated track record in handling product listing processes, store launches, and commercial negotiations (listing fees, trade margins, rebates, return policies).
  • Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for analyzing sell-in/sell-out data, stock levels, and financial settlements.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain logistics, and cross-functional workflow coordination.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in troubleshooting operational and inventory issues.
