Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and market mutual fund products to clients in accordance with OJK regulations.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about investment products and their risks.
• Assist clients with account opening, subscriptions, redemptions, and switching transactions.
• Deliver excellent client service, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC principles.
• Maintain proper documentation and accurate transaction records in the system.
• Prepare regular sales and client service reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Continuously update knowledge on investment products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Holds a valid APERD license (WAPERD/APERD certification).
• Relevant certifications (WPPE/WPPE-P) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and compliance-driven.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
