Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance business opportunities. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, engaging in partnership negotiations, fostering long-term relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful collaboration. The specialist will also support the sales team in identifying potential partners and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in establishing and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective relationship management with partners and stakeholders.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
