About the Role

This is a senior business development role focused on building and closing strategic, recurring revenue partnerships across multiple verticals. You won't be doing transactional sales. You'll be identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value collaborations with institutional partners, corporates, media companies, wedding planners, and universities across Indonesia.

The ideal candidate is deeply networked in Indonesia's beauty, wedding, media, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative industry ecosystem and knows how to convert relationships into scalable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Media & Entertainment Partnerships Secure recurring partnership agreements with production houses, television networks, advertising agencies, fashion show organisers, and commercial entertainment projects.
• Corporate Grooming Partnerships Develop bundled corporate grooming packages for flight attendant academies, hospitality groups, luxury retail brands, banking institutions, and companies requiring professional grooming services for daily operations or events.
• Luxury Wedding Destination Partnerships Build direct collaborations with premium wedding planners, luxury wedding venues, and destination wedding organisers in Bali and Jakarta. The goal is to integrate the company's services directly into premium wedding packages.
• Campus Partnership Expansion Establish official collaborations with universities across Indonesia for graduation makeup packages, campus beauty partnerships, and institutional contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: beauty & wellness, wedding industry, lifestyle & hospitality, corporate partnerships, media & entertainment, production houses, television networks, event & wedding organising, advertising agencies, fashion events, universities & campus ecosystems, or creative economy sectors.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and close institutional and corporate partnerships. Confident dealing with corporate clients and senior stakeholders. Target-oriented and commercially driven. Excellent communication and presentation ability.
• Experience handling partnerships, sponsorships, B2B sales, or strategic alliances is a strong advantage.

Work Arrangement - Full-time, onsite position based in Jakarta. This role requires high mobility for meetings, networking, and partnership development.
