About Koskosan

Koskosan is a relocation platform helping international students, expatriates, and professionals settle into their new destination with ease.

Our services include accommodation sourcing, airport transfers, cargo and shipping, storage solutions, removalist services, cleaning services, and other relocation-related support.

We are currently expanding globally and are looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Executive to help grow our network of partners and vendors.

The Role

This is a growth-focused role responsible for expanding Koskosan's partner ecosystem and vendor marketplace.

You will identify, approach, negotiate, and close partnerships with individuals and businesses that can either:

  • Sell and promote Koskosan services through commission-based partnerships
  • List their relocation-related services on the Koskosan platform

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, sales, and creating long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential partners globally
  • Build relationships with education agents, migration agents, student communities, influencers, universities, real estate agencies, referral partners, and other relevant organisations
  • Present Koskosan's partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Manage partner onboarding and activation
  • Develop strategies to increase partner-generated revenue

Vendor Acquisition

  • Source and onboard relocation-related vendors
  • Negotiate commercial terms and subscription agreements
  • Build relationships with accommodation providers, removalists, cleaning companies, storage providers, transportation companies, and other relocation service providers
  • Ensure vendors successfully launch on the platform

Business Development

  • Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, networking events, and referrals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline through Monday.com
  • Provide daily activity reports and regular pipeline updates
  • Attend online or physical networking events when required
  • Contribute ideas to improve Koskosan's partnership and marketplace growth strategy

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Vendor Acquisition, Marketplace Growth, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience closing business deals independently
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • Willing to meet performance targets and KPIs

Highly Preferred

  • Experience in travel, education, property, relocation, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses
  • Existing network of potential partners or vendors
  • Experience building referral, reseller, affiliate, or channel partnership programs
  • Experience attending and representing companies at networking events and industry exhibitions

Success Metrics

During the first 90 days, success will be measured by:

  • Number of qualified partners signed
  • Number of vendors onboarded
  • Vendor subscription revenue generated
  • Partner-generated revenue
  • Pipeline growth
  • Overall commercial contribution to the business

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation structures depending on experience and engagement model:

  • Base salary + commission + performance bonus
  • Commission-only arrangement for suitable candidates

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
