Job Description

As our Partnership Specialist, you will take full ownership of managing our global and local buyer relationships, coordinating end-to-end logistics, and handling essential administrative tasks. Your primary mission is to serve as the main bridge between buyers, freight forwarders, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, on-time deliveries, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with international and local buyers, track their sales progress, gather feedback on received goods, and coordinate overseas KOL shipments through them.
  • Account Tracking: Monitor buyer orders continuously, project future demand (e.g., next month's orders), and manage inventory reservations for specific product variants.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to relay buyer needs—such as design requests or stock availability—to internal teams.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaison with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to schedule airport cargo pickups, manage timelines, and distribute all necessary shipping documents to all parties involved.
  • Local Administration: Handle local operational tasks including filling out listing forms, preparing Letters of Agreement (LoA), creating daily invoices, managing email correspondence, and registering for events.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule, arrange, and facilitate regular meetings between the company and buyers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Partnership, Logistics Coordination, or Sales Administration.
  • Good command of English, at least with strong reading and text comprehension skills to handle chat-based correspondence smoothly.
  • Solid understanding of basic logistics, shipping workflows, and document handling with freight forwarders and warehouses.
  • Proficient in handling daily administrative tasks, including creating invoices, forms, and managing professional emails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with buyers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple schedules and orders simultaneously.
