Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming big wave

What you will do:

  • Lead the acquisition & expansion of high-value partners long term relationships of KOLs, community, institution, etc through digital channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, etc)
  • Drive partner acquisition through high-quality meetings, effectively communicating key partnership information to convert prospects into active referral partners
  • Maintain & deepen relationships with existing partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through partnership initiative & proactive engagement program
  • Resolve escalations professionally, transforming challenges into opportunities that strengthen trust and loyalty
  • Mentor associates (Junior RM) in growth initiative & high quality relationship-building
  • Build and manage end-to-end partnership funnel
  • Perform Cross-Functional Collaboration with HC, Legal, Product Marketing, Operation, Promotion Team to deliver seamless, client-centric solutions
  • Monitor individual and team performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to enhance client best delight service

What you will need:

  • Min 5 years in Business Development/Sales (B2B/B2C)
  • Min 3 years experience in Partnerships/Affiliate Marketing/Partner Relations in Fintech/Startup/Banking
  • Min 1 year experience in leading team
  • Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in finance company
  • Passionate about the trading/forex industry
