Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia (AFTECH) is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partnership & Business Development Intern to support our Partnership and Business Development team in developing strategic relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting initiatives that strengthen AFTECH's engagement with members, partners, and key stakeholders in Indonesia's fintech ecosystem.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, business development, and the broader fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Partnership & Business Development team in identifying and developing potential partnership and business opportunities.
• Conduct research on potential partners, prospective members, industry players, and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, meeting materials, and other business development documents.
• Support communication and coordination with members, partners, prospective partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining and updating partnership and business development databases and records.
• Support the execution of partnership initiatives, programs, and events.
• Monitor and follow up on partnership opportunities and ongoing engagements.
• Assist in preparing reports, market research, and business development updates for internal purposes.
• Provide administrative and operational support for partnership and business development activities.

Requirements

• Final-year university student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, stakeholder management, and the fintech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or related areas will be an advantage.
