About the role

The Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building and growing StaffAny's partnership channel as a measurable revenue-generating function.

The mission of Partnerships is simple: to become a positive ROI growth channel for the revenue team. Success in this role is measured by actual revenue contribution through partner-sourced opportunities, assisted wins, referrals, lead exchange programs, co-marketing initiatives, and co-hosted events.

We are looking for someone who understands that great partnerships should drive real business outcomes. You will identify and build relationships with the right partners, create mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities, and ensure partnership activities consistently generate qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn partnerships into a predictable and scalable customer acquisition channel.

This role is ideal for someone with minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem growth, who enjoys building meaningful relationships while staying focused on measurable business impact.

The role is based in Jakarta, where most of our partners, sponsors, and ecosystem relationships are located. You will also travel regularly to Bali to support community initiatives, partner engagements, and industry events.

You will work closely with the Country Manager of StaffAny Indonesia.

You Are

  • A relationship builder who enjoys connecting people and creating opportunities
  • Comfortable representing a brand and building partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Highly organised and reliable, able to coordinate multiple moving parts at once
  • Someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Curious about how partnerships contribute to revenue growth and business outcomes
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
  • Min 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, community, events, or related roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Jakarta and comfortable working with partners across Indonesia
  • Willing to travel regularly to Bali to support partner meetings, community initiatives, and industry events

Bonus if you have

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, or referral programs
  • Experience organising networking events, workshops, or community gatherings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience working with marketing campaigns or co-marketing initiatives
  • Existing network within F&B, retail, hospitality, HR, or business communities

You Will Find Yourself

  • Building and managing relationships with ecosystem partners, consultants, agencies, associations, and complementary solution providers
  • Developing referral and lead exchange programs that generate qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Identifying and executing co-marketing and co-hosted initiatives with partners
  • Coordinating partnership activations including networking lunches, dinners, roundtables, and community events
  • Supporting the execution of StaffAny events and other partner-driven initiatives
  • Working with partners to generate introductions, referrals, and qualified meetings
  • Tracking partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline contribution within HubSpot
  • Ensuring partnership activities maintain a positive return on investment and contribute to revenue growth
  • Working closely with Sales to improve conversion of partnership-generated opportunities
  • Reviewing partnership performance and continuously optimising partner programs, events, and activation strategies
  • Representing StaffAny at industry events and partner meetings to expand the partnership ecosystem
