Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Identify, prospect, and secure new partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, startups and corporate organizations.
- Develop customized partnership proposals aligned with partners and business objectives.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership closures.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to drive revenue from Rukita's monetizable assets, renewals, upselling, and expanded collaboration scope.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners across various industries, including FMCG, F&B, fintech, transportation, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, and consumer goods.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Marketing Activation
- Identify and develop new partnerships with brands, communities, organizations, and institutions.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of activations with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Community, Finance, Legal, etc
- Ensure all partnership deliverables are executed smoothly and aligned with company standards.
- Measure and report partnership impact based on agreed objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorship sales, account management, marketing partnerships, or related commercial roles.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, media platforms, or marketing partnerships is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships and cross-functional projects.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for both partners and the company.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and generate actionable insights.
- Existing network within FMCG, fintech, F&B, beauty, lifestyle, transportation, or agency industries.
- Experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships.
- Familiarity with startup or fast-paced business environments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
