Job Summary
As the Partner Operations Lead, you will drive service excellence by overseeing daily partner activities and ensuring high-performance standards against key SLAs. You will play a pivotal role in mitigating operational risks and fostering a high-performance team culture to enhance both partner and customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily partner operational activities, encompassing onboarding and ongoing service excellence.
- Strategically monitor and drive performance against critical SLAs and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Mitigate operational risks by proactively identifying and resolving issues, thereby enhancing partner and customer satisfaction; escalate critical concerns judiciously.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and successful integration Tskof new processes.
- Champion team growth and a high-performance culture, empowering individual professional development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a top local or overseas university
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operation management
- Proven experience managing service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SixSigma) are a plus
