Partner Management for AI Business

Lead the management of strategic AI and technology partnerships, identifying and engaging relevant ecosystem partners to complement internal capabilities, accelerate AI product and solution development, and drive commercialization, revenue growth, and sustainable business value

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop AI partnership strategy and ecosystem, identifying priority partnership areas aligned with AI Business strategy, product roadmap, and market opportunities.
2. Identify, assess, and onboard strategic partners, including AI technology providers, cloud providers, platforms, startups, solution providers, and other ecosystem players.
3. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with AI token and model providers, ensuring access to competitive, scalable, and reliable AI capabilities.
4. Structure and negotiate partnership models, including commercial arrangements, joint solutions, revenue sharing, licensing, and other collaboration models in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
5. Drive joint product and solution development, working with Product Management, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, and partners to integrate external capabilities into commercially viable AI offerings.
6. Manage partner performance and relationships, establishing KPIs, governance, business reviews, and improvement actions to maximize partnership value and delivery effectiveness.
7. Drive partnership commercialization, collaborating with Product Management and GTM to accelerate market launch, customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue contribution

Requirements:

1. Min. 8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, technology alliances, ecosystem development, or digital/AI business
2. Certification: Strategic Alliance/Partnership Management, Business Development, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI fundamentals, or Project/Agile Management are advantageous
