About the Role
The Partner & Field Training role is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs related to AIA's products, services, and sales techniques for agents and partners. This position plays a key role in strengthening the field force capability and ensuring alignment between business goals and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training curriculums on AIA's products, services, and sales processes to agents and partners.
- Conduct training needs and gap analysis in collaboration with relevant distribution channels.
- Design and update training modules, materials, and learning tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and field coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, quality, and learning outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, sales development, or agency capability building, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
- Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field training as required.
