  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective shop owners from provided lead lists to introduce the collection point partnership and qualify interest
  • Visit shortlisted shops on the ground to pitch in person, assess suitability (location visibility, space, operating hours), and close sign-ups
  • Explain the partner earnings model clearly, focusing on realistic monthly income based on expected parcel volume in the shop's area
  • Handle common objections (space concerns, effort required, cash handling) using the provided pitch script and objection-handling guide
  • Complete the pre-qualification checklist for every prospect and log all call/visit outcomes accurately in the tracking system same-day
  • Execute structured follow-ups on warm leads (callback scheduling, revisit cadence)
  • Coordinate handoff of signed partners to the onboarding team with complete documentation (shop details, photos, owner contact, signed agreement)
  • Report daily activity and weekly pipeline status to the team lead

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in telesales, field sales, or merchant/partner acquisition †experience recruiting SMEs, retail partners, or agents strongly preferred (e.g. e-wallet agents, delivery platform merchant acquisition, banking agent networks)
  • Native Thai speaker with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills comfortable talking to small business owners
  • Willing to travel for daily field visits own motorcycle/vehicle is a plus (travel allowance provided)
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for lead tracking, photo documentation, and reporting (Google Sheets/forms)
  • Self-driven and target-oriented able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or logistics is a plus, not required
