This position is part-time and requires availability for 3 days a week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, or a related field
- Possesses a valid counselling or relevant certification
- Minimum of 2 years of counselling experience, preferably in a school setting
- Experienced in student development programs and social-emotional learning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about supporting children's wellbeing and development
- Able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leaders
Job Responsibilities
- Provide counselling support for primary students
- Assist students in their social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Conduct student observation and guidance sessions
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support student wellbeing
- Develop and implement student development programs
- Promote positive character building aligned with Islamic values
