Part-Time Secretary + Sales Assistant for Software Development Agency Owner(INDONESIA NIGHT TIME 9PM-2AM Monday-Friday)
Around 60% remote + 40% on-site job in Jakarta
We are a small, established software development business working mainly with clients in the USA. This role supports the owner with day-to-day administration, communication, tasks, and organization.
This job is a huge learning opportunity for someone interested in learning more about the creative software/web/app/game development business. You will work directly with an experienced founder and continuously be learning new things.

DUTIES:
Assistant with excellent English skills and strong confidence using a computer (good job for gamers or people with tech background) to assist with:
- Administrative tasks
- Updating proposals, contracts, and docs in general
- Social media account management
- Business development/sales assistance
- Google docs, sheets
- Business development/sales assistance
- Communication management (emails, messages)
- General administrative/operations assistance
- General personal assistance (errands, logistics, vendor management, greeting visitors, coffee/tea prep, personal social app management, local knowledge and guidance (recommendations for places/services/activities etc)
