As a part-time, fully remote tutor at Ong Mandarin, you pick up classes that fit your availability and teach from the comfort of your home, while helping students build genuine confidence and fluency in Mandarin.

Your Responsibilities

• Teach Mandarin in a creative, communicative, energetic, and engaging way
• Use multimedia tools such as slides, videos, and games to enhance the learning experience
• Monitor student progress closely and provide meaningful feedback after each session
• Assign and review homework or projects regularly
• Share learning progress and offer tailored suggestions for improvement
• Continuously improve teaching methods through reflection and innovation
• Attend teacher training sessions and relevant webinars

Minimum Requirements

• HSK 5 or above
• PC or laptop with a stable internet connection
• Proficient in using Zoom and other online teaching tools
• Creative, communicative, energetic, and engaging
• Teaching experience is preferred
• Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Chinese Literature
• Available from 6:00 PM WIB onwards on weekdays
• A plus if residing in China or Taiwan
