Nakamura Study Japan is a dedicated education consultancy specializing in guiding students who aspire to study, work, and live in Japan. Established in 2019 as part of Nakamura School, we have helped numerous international students achieve their dreams by providing personalized study abroad support, Japanese language training, and scholarship preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching Japanese language courses to students at various proficiency levels.
- Teaching Tokutei Ginou oriented classes.
- Be able to teach in a fully remote position with evening online classes.
- Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum JLPT N3, preferably N2 or N1 certification.
- Experience teaching JLPT N5 to N4 level Japanese classes is preferred.
- Experience teaching Japanese for Specific Skills (Tokutei Ginou) preferred.
- Industry experience in the relevant Tokutei Ginou sector (Caregiver, Hospitality, Food Service and Construction) is an advantage.
- Familiar with skill test requirements and examination standards for Tokutei Ginou.
- Fluency in Japanese and Indonesian/English (both written and spoken).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Able to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus. (but not required, as training will be provided).
- Candidates currently employed by institutions that teach Japanese or by Japan study/placement agencies will be filtered.
- Freelancers who are currently working for such institutions or agencies are also ineligible.
- If the candidate is currently employed at a similar institution, they must resign from their previous employment before joining our organization.
