Part-Time Barista

This part-time on-site Barista role is based in Bali, Indonesia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, serving food items to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and welcoming work area, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met. Baristas might also assist with processing transactions and promoting TEEG's values of fun and excellence in each customer interaction.

• Barista and beverage preparation skills, with the ability to craft various coffee and beverage options
• Customer service experience, with a focus on providing friendly and professional interactions
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow health and food safety regulations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact with guests
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
