Lakeland Supply is looking for a full-time Assistant Distribution Center Manager to join our warehousing operations team.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

– Oversees and directs performance of Material Handlers

– Directs flow of warehouse operations

– Responsible for training new employees

– Rewards and/or disciplines warehouse employees as dictated by actions

– Implements DC strategic initiatives in coordination with Distribution Center Manager

– Oversight of material handling equipment

– Owns and implements safety initiatives

– Hands on position

Requirements For This Position Are

– Availability to work Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

– Being proactive and strategic in planning

– A thirst for meeting daily deadlines

– Demonstrated ability to lead and manage employees with constructive feedback

– Detail Oriented
