Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Park Manager located in Sidoarjo. The Park Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily park operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of visitors, supervising park staff, managing budgets, planning and organizing recreational activities, and maintaining park facilities. Additional duties may include addressing visitor concerns, coordinating with local authorities, and implementing park policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management, Tourism, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in parks, tourism, or public facilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental conservation principles.
- Willingness to work on-site, including weekends or public holidays if needed.
