Job Description
Supervise execution of HR operations processes end-to-end. Review HR transactions, reconciliations, and reports. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and controls. Coordinate with Payroll, C&B, ER/IR, and IT on operations matters. Resolve routine escalations and maintain service quality.
