Provide basic first aid (P3K) and emergency nursing care during medical emergencies.
Implement and develop the four pillars of health programs (promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative) alongside corporate hygiene programs in coordination with the company doctor and key stakeholders.
Maintain medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and corporate health facilities.
Assist the company doctor during routine and specialized employee health examinations.
Execute administrative duties, manage health reporting, and continuously improve the quality of occupational health services.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.
Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
Valid certification in HIPERKES and PPGD/BTCLS/ATCLS.
Prior work experience in a healthcare facility or an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS / K3) corporate clinic is a strong plus.
Honest, highly motivated to learn, adaptable team player with excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
Willing to be placed on site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.

Regular working hour: Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00 & Sat 07.00 - 12.00 | No roster.
Employee housing (mess karyawan) is provided on site.
Annual leave: 12 days / year, can be taken after 3 months probation.
Employment status: Permanent with 3 months probation.
