We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to join us as a
Paralegal.
Responsibilities
- Support Lawyers in handling legal matters, both litigation and non-litigation.
- Conduct legal research and perform preliminary analysis of legal issues.
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents, including contracts, legal memoranda, and corporate documents.
- Assist in case administration, including document filing and management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding case requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents and requirements for court proceedings, negotiations, and arbitration.
- Support the implementation of advisory services related to data protection in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure all documents and work processes comply with the firm's standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Paralegal (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding in:
- Business and corporate law
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Arbitration
- Data protection / personal data protection
- Exposure to legal services/products such as:
- Corporate & Commercial Advisory
- Contract Drafting & Review
- Dispute Resolution & Litigation
- Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Legal Compliance & Risk Management
- Data Protection & Regulatory Advisory
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience supporting arbitration cases.
- Understanding of personal data protection regulations.
- Basic legal drafting skills.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
