Paper Machine Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in paper machine operations
• Experience working with paper machine
• Strong understanding of papermaking process
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Willing to be placed in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatera.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize paper machine performance
• Troubleshoot operational issues and improve machine efficiency
• Analyze production data (moisture, grammage, paper quality)
• Support commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
