Production Supervisor (Cutting, Converting & Painting)Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in Cutting, Converting, and Painting processes.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Manufacturing/Production Operations is preferred.
- Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective work plans.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure subordinates perform their duties in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational activities and compliance with company procedures.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization standards within the assigned area.
- Monitor and control material usage to ensure compliance with established formulas and production requirements.
- Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the closed-system process.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety performance within the production area.
Additional Information
- Placement: Karawang Plant, Indonesia.
- Working Schedule: 6 working days per week (Saturday: half-day).
