Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various ads platform including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ads platform to achieve company business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics from internal (Metabase) and external measurement tools (ads dashboard, MMP), giving actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Content and Creative Team to develop engaging ad creatives that effectively resonate with the target audience.
  • Stakeholder management with external partner to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematic, Business, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related role
  • Proficiency in ad platform tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Appsflyer, etc.
  • Solid analytical thinking skill to interpret data to insights from the campaigns
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by showing willingness to learn, experiment and optimize
  • Have a sense of creativity to improve the ad creative
