Job Description

Founded in 2019, Upperclicks (PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional) is a digital marketing agency dedicated to scaling businesses through highly optimized Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies.

Benefit:

  • Range Salary: IDR 4,800,000 – 7,000,000 / Month
  • Additional Perks: Performance-based bonus (unlocked upon successful completion after the probation period).
  • Health Services (After Probation)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

Half-day on Saturdays (08:00 - 12:00)

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing landscape (having an agency background is a massive plus ⭐).
  • Possesses professional proficiency in business-level English.
  • Demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and a natural aptitude for leadership.
  • Prior experience in supervising, mentoring, or managing team members will be highly regarded.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Take full ownership of crafting and driving comprehensive, end-to-end campaign strategies.
  • Directly manage the performance of your assigned clients while leading the day-to-day strategic execution.
  • Orchestrate and maintain project timelines efficiently across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Supervise campaign rollouts and provide active guidance/mentorship to the Advertiser and Media Buyer teams.
  • Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to continuously elevate campaign efficiency and results.
  • Track, analyze, and fine-tune campaigns proactively based on vital performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data into comprehensive reports, delivering clear and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Operate essential marketing platforms seamlessly, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Keep a pulse on the ever-evolving digital marketing industry, staying ahead of platform updates and new trends.
