Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
  • Analyze data and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with GA4, MMP platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and business growth.
