Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality padel coaching sessions in accordance with Tamora Padel Academy's coaching methodology and standards.
- Conduct private, semi-private, and group coaching sessions for players of different skill levels.
- Assess players abilities and provide appropriate coaching, feedback, and training programs based on their individual needs.
- Teach and develop players technical skills, tactical understanding, positioning, movement, and overall game performance.
- Create a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment for all players.
- Ensure all coaching sessions are properly prepared, structured, and delivered in a professional manner.
- Monitor and communicate players progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Maintain professional relationships with players, members, and other coaches.
- Support Tamora Padel Academy activities, programs, events, tournaments, and other coaching initiatives when required.
- Maintain a professional standard of conduct and represent Tamora Padel Academy positively at all times.
- Follow all applicable Academy policies, procedures, safety standards, and SOPs.
- Actively participate in coach development programs, internal training, workshops, and evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with the Academy management and coaching team to continuously improve the quality and consistency of the coaching program.
- Perform coaching duties across different Tamora venues when required by the Academy.
- Indonesian citizen.
- Minimum Gold Level player or equivalent playing standard.
- Previous padel coaching experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of padel fundamentals, techniques, tactics, and game strategy.
- Able to coach players from beginner to intermediate levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality coaching sessions.
- Comfortable conducting both private and group coaching sessions.
- Able to conduct coaching sessions in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to follow Tamora Padel Academy's coaching methodology, standards, and SOPs.
- Willing to participate in ongoing coach education, training, and professional development.
- Comfortable working across different Tamora venues when required.
